Yali sourced, negotiated and executed a Joint Venture agreement with a local developer to acquire the land and develop five Class A industrial buildings of 780,835 sf in Mesa, AZ, in the southeast valley of the Phoenix MSA. Subsequently, Yali oversaw the execution of the development from construction to leasing.
