On behalf of LP investor, Yali sourced, negotiated and executed the Joint Venture with 3 partners in the GP entity to acquire land and develop the first industrial building of 985,000 sf Class A in a master plan site west of the Port of Savannah, 4th busiest port in US. Yali oversaw the procurement of construction contracts and debt by the GP partners.
