95 Hawthorn is an existing class B office building in the heart of the SOMA district, within one block of San Francisco's landmarks such as Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, MOMA, etc. Yali worked hand in hand with a national developer to pursue the change of use for the site and achieved entitlement to demolish the existing office building and develop a best in class 42-story, 392 units apartment tower.
